The term Barefoot Doctor, derives from ancient China and refers to a type of wandering medic, who would help those in far-flung rural areas remain in good health and spirits by teaching them tai chi, giving them acupuncture, entertaining them with amusing fables and poetry and occasionally even playing them soothing music on a lute or flute.


What I have to offer on both the Barefoot Doctor Sessions and One Minute Clinics, is a plethora of simply explained practical techniques and philosophies for use in everyday life as you go about your business, intended to give you the warrior's skill in handling challenges more adeptly, as well as the skills to create the reality you really want, thus hopefully expediting your success and happiness in all aspects of life.
